Community
Capital of Maryland (CCM) is a member of the Opportunity
Finance Network - a national network of financial institutions
that identifies opportunities that others miss and turns those investments
into real results. The success of our housing investments helps
sustain communities, and creates homeownership opportunities for
low and moderate-income residents.
Our
loan products are available to borrowers throughout the state; yet,
we have a special interest in the sustainability of the Baltimore
Region. CCM, formerly known as the Baltimore Regional Community
Development Corporation, was created in 1982 to finance and encourage
affordable
housing development throughout the region. Since then, we have developed
a range of products and services to respond to needs in underserved
communities.
CCM
provides construction financing for the rehabilitation or new construction
of strategically priced housing that is intended to contribute to
neighborhood revitalization or expand the supply of affordable housing.
Both for-profit and non-profit developers are eligible borrowers.
Predevelopment and Bridge Loans are also available.
