CCM is governed by an 11 member, volunteer Board of Directors. CCM’s Board of Directors and Loan Review Committee review and approve loan proposals and provide overall direction to the corporation. The Board includes housing professionals, government representatives, non-profit and for profit developers of affordable housing and business persons with expertise in law, housing and finance. The Loan Review Committee includes Board members with development and lending expertise.

CCM’s Executive Director, Michael D. Lee, is responsible for all operations of the organization. Mr. Lee has extensive knowledge of affordable housing finance, including experience in credit analysis, underwriting and deal structuring.
